By Road: Dornoch is just off the main A9 road from Inverness to Wick, an hours drive from Inverness.

From a Cruise ship berthed at Invergordon: Buses from Inverness run through Invergordon to Dornoch and back again. Bus times can be found at www.citylink.co.uk

Historylinks is tucked behind the Castle, a short walk from the Cathedral - look out for the sign

Easy disabled access.

There is a small car park at the museum, with a larger public car park, suitable for coaches, in The Meadows.
